Welcome to Histopia! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Histopia mobile app and any related services (collectively, the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use Histopia.

1. Who Can Use Histopia

Histopia is designed for users of all ages. However, if you are under 13, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Privacy Note: We do not require personal information like your real name or location. Your in-game identity (nickname and avatar) is randomly generated to protect your privacy.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Histopia only for educational and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. By using the app, you agree NOT to:

  • ✕Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • ✕Copy, distribute, or scrape app content without permission.
  • ✕Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app's infrastructure.
  • ✕Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in community areas.

3. Content & Ownership

All educational content, collectible cards, minigames, graphics, and app design are owned by Histopia (Cabin Software LTDA). You may not reuse or redistribute our content without express permission.

* If you submit comments, ideas, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them to improve Histopia without obligation to you.

4. In-App Purchases

Histopia is free to use and play. We offer optional purchases to enhance your experience, which may include:

  • 🪙Coin Packs

5. Disclaimers

Histopia is offered “as is.” While we work hard to keep the app bug-free and up-to-date, we make no guarantees about its availability, performance, or content accuracy.

We aim to present historical topics fairly and accurately. However, history is complex; some content may include multiple perspectives or interpretations, and we aim to include disclaimers when dealing with sensitive topics.

6. Privacy & Data

Histopia is built with privacy-first principles:

  • We do not require personal identifiable information (PII).
  • We do not sell or share your data.
  • Any analytics collected is anonymized and used solely to improve the app.
